1. 接受条款1. Acceptance of Terms

下载、安装或使用口袋绘本即表示您同意受本条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请不要使用该应用。By downloading, installing, or using Pocketale, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. 服务说明2. Description of Service

口袋绘本是一款 iOS 应用程序，允许用户为儿童创建 AI 生成的个性化绘本。用户输入孩子的姓名，选择主题和价值观，应用会生成带有插图和可选语音朗读的故事。Pocketale is an iOS application that allows users to create personalized AI-generated storybooks for children. Users input their child's name, select a theme and values, and the app generates illustrated stories with optional voice narration.

3. 用户责任3. User Responsibilities

您同意：You agree to:

• 仅将应用用于合法目的Use the app only for lawful purposes
• 不使用应用创建有害、攻击性或不适合儿童的内容Not use the app to create content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for children
• 不尝试对应用进行逆向工程、修改或分发Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• 监督儿童使用应用及生成的内容Supervise children's use of the app and generated content

4. AI 生成的内容4. AI-Generated Content

通过口袋绘本创建的绘本由人工智能生成。虽然我们致力于提供高质量且适合儿童的内容：Storybooks created through Pocketale are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and child-appropriate content:

• 我们不保证生成内容的准确性、可靠性或适当性We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of generated content
• 生成的故事和插图质量可能有所不同Generated stories and illustrations may vary in quality
• 您有责任在与儿童分享之前审查内容You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing with children
• 我们对 AI 生成内容引发的任何问题不承担责任We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content

5. 订阅5. Subscriptions

口袋绘本提供可选的订阅计划（"口袋绘本 Pro"），提供额外功能：Pocketale offers optional subscription plans ("Pocketale Pro") that provide additional features:

• 订阅通过您的 Apple ID 帐户计费Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• 订阅会自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• 您可以在 App Store 帐户设置中管理或取消订阅You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• 不提供部分订阅期的退款No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. 画笔资源系统6. Crayon Resource System

应用使用"画笔"资源系统来管理使用量：The app uses a "Crayon" resource system to manage usage:

• 免费用户获得一次性画笔分配Free users receive a one-time allocation of Crayons
• 订阅用户每日获得画笔分配Subscribers receive daily Crayon allocations
• 生成故事或使用灵感功能时消耗画笔Crayons are consumed when generating stories or using inspiration features
• 未使用的画笔可累积至上限Unused Crayons accumulate up to a maximum limit

7. 知识产权7. Intellectual Property

口袋绘本应用（包括其设计、功能和品牌）为我们所有，受知识产权法保护。您使用应用创建的绘本归您个人使用。The Pocketale app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Storybooks you create using the app are yours for personal use.

8. 免责声明8. Disclaimer of Warranties

本应用按"原样"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证应用将不间断运行、无错误或不含有害组件。THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. 责任限制9. Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. 条款变更10. Changes to Terms

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。在变更后继续使用应用即表示接受新条款。We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. 终止11. Termination

我们保留在任何时候以任何原因终止或暂停您对应用的访问的权利，恕不另行通知。We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. 适用法律12. Governing Law

本条款应按照应用开发者所在司法管辖区的法律进行管辖和解释，不考虑法律冲突原则。These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
